Bad Service by far - customer service

My wife and I came in to your new Lakeville Store off of Orchard Trail in Minnesota, We were planning on buying Christmas gifts for our kids, so we started at the Mac department, after waiting around 10 minutes were looking around wondering if anyone was working in the store, So we finally started our search for help, When we finally found someone they told us we had to get our help at the front counter at the geek department, so we went up there and she had no idea what we wanted and was rude. We couldn't believe it. This was actually our third time we have come into that store in Lakeville thinking that (maybe) this new time it may be better this time, we have always been dissapointed, We will never come back to that store again. Our experience was horrible, Customer service was crap and when we walked out the door we mentioned the service to the girl who checkes the bags and she didnt even say sorry or offer to get a manager, Wendy Walke
