Very Poor Service

My son took his car to Goodyear to have a tire repaired.in the process they damaged his valve stem. When he took the car back to have the valve stem repaired they told him that he would have to wait an hour in a half because there were people in front of him and the manager was not going to put him in front of the people already waiting. Remember that they were the ones that damaged his valve stem to begin with.
