Their "site to store service" is horrible! Ordered a Christmas tree on 11-21-10. Called store a week ago (was on hold for long time) was told nobody was in the "Pick up" department. Called Wal-Mart this morning to speak with manager & got hung up on after being on hold for long time. Called the shipping place, was told my item shipped out on 12-2-10 to the store. Finally got through to the Wal-Mart store manager & was told they "accidentally" sold my tree to someone else! Told me the bright orange sticker on the package that alerts an employee that it is paid for & will be picked up must have fallen off! Needless to say will go somewhere else for my tree & will never do business with Wal-Mart again! Incompetent employees!!!
