Tried to shop at Tarzana store. The sales person waited on people who walked into store not paying me any attention. Ten minutes. After she sees me she says, "I'll be right there." Five minutes. Finally I told her what I required, had the S.H. Smith catalogue open and in my hand waiting...
Finally she came over and started to talk to me, all the time with the phone stuck to her ear. Half way through the ordering process, she went off and started to wait on another customer! When I told her I wasn't planning to spend the day there, she said, "Oh, please don't go."
For the record, I walked out on a $500.00 purchase.
I blame management. Your service has always been discraceful. You hire people who don't know the product, and are wanting in customer relations
