Replacement Phone Arrived Without Memory Card After Theft Claim

I had a smart phone that was stolen from me so I decided to use my insurance claim. I had to pay a 130.00 deductible to receive a new phone. The phone arrives the next day minus the memory card. I called T-Mobile and was told that my memory card isn't included in my claim because it is an accessory. I was told that I was covered for all other accessories except the memory. The memory card was part of the G1 kit I had purchased. T-mobile and asurion did not want to take responsibility for which one owed me a memory card. Without the memory card I can not use my camcorder or camera.
