Missing part of orde

I made a purchase online on 11/26/09. The purchase was to include a free 2 GB memory card. The memory card was not included in the shipment. I spent over 45 minutes on the phone getting transferred to different people. Eventually I was told that the memory card would be mailed to me. As of 1/09/10 it has not arrived. I tried to use the email function at the Best Buy website and that link appears to be non-functional.
