Bait Switch, Deceptive Scammers sell you Inferior Product, Not what is promised New York

This deceptive bunch of scammers sold me a camera with all the necessary accessories and then sent me an email asking me to call to verify my information. They then told me the battery included and the memory card included would only last 15 minutes and had only 4MB of memory. I was OK with that, so when he could not sell me on a new battery or memory card, he asked me if I wanted the American product because the one I had purchased was Japanese and I would not be able to operate it without knowing Japanese. I could get the American product and regular battery and memory card by paying more. I refused and have asked for a refund, but I am sure they will scam me with that also. My next call is to my credit card company!
