Where is the customer service!? - Awful Customer Service

I've had problems with this company from the first day of service. First off the kept messing up the hook up date, bunch of excuses. It took them 3weeks to finally come out. For about 3 mnths now my regular channels havent been working right.in order for us to watch channels 5-8-13-21-33etc. We'd have to record channel 10! We spoke to someone who told us to call a number when it happens again (which we told her it happens at night) So we call and they are closed. When we finally get to speak to someone they say that account we had expired so we had to start all over. I tried to explain that it happens when the office is closed. She says there's nothing she can do, we'd just have to call back again. Again we've been back and forth with this for 3 months. Now my regular channels just don't work PERIOD! I am so pissed! How can I the CUSTOMER get some damn service?!
