Directv told me in December, I would receive a host of channels including some movie channels for $49/month for one year. This month my bill went up to $56.69. Not a lot but still an increase.
I called customer service and they said it was because the cost went up. They did not tell me this in December that there would be any increase. Should have spoken to the wall and would have gotten better results.
I checked with the Better Business Bureau and discovered they had a C - rating! They had a total of 25,120 closed complaints. I filed a complaint with the BBB and received a call from the president's office. Absolutely and completely useless!!! He went round and round with the same line.
$49/month is too much given the fact there is very little on Directv and any of its movie channels. Canceled my account.
