VERY UNHAPPY - Air system

To who it may concern,

My name is Tony Kirkley, Wife's name Remona Kirkley, We have been SEARS ures for a long time with no problems. However in August we decided to add on a eddition to our home and needed to upgrade to a bigger air system. We had a 3 ton and had to go to 4 ton the cost of this wasat the tune of around $8,087.00. Our new addition was almost $42.000 dollars. When we called and made the appt with sears the guy that came out to view our setup went over some things with us and there forth we decided to go with SEARS because of the name and quality that they always stand for. The salesman told us that he would get a sears person to come out and do this job with in 5 days and he did. The saleman from out of the jackson office we had our deal with was Blake Dalson, He told us that when we got the new part built to the point were SEARS could come back out to give him a call and he would have someone out right away. We called him and talked to him 2 days befoure his new child was born, it's now going on 3 weeks and we have called, called, called, called, called 601-594-5604 we also have called his boss Mr. Steve in Florida who also knows about the sitiuation at 1-504-466-8189 more than 4 to 6 times. Mr. Steve said that he has talked to Blake and that he said he would call are come by for us to get the rest of our job done.inSTEAD it has been a NO SHOW. Our new edetion has been waiting for the duck work to be done now for 3 weeks and our contractor is at a stand still and can do nothing untill our SEARS PERSON BLAKE does the rest of his job so we can call for inspection so they can make sure all the duck work, wiring and all the other stuff they do can come and do. I"m very upset and flustered at this situation. SEARS is known for there repation & quality work. We have planed to redo our kitchen next and use SEARS to for our appliences other stuff we would need BUT TRUST ME when i say i will not be useing SEARS EVERAGAINE if they can't make me happy. Also i will tell every one i know what a mess they have caused us and the money we have been out the last 3 weeks for no reason at all I would like to talk to some one that could do somethong in our situation so we can finish this job up.
