Central unit (DUCT WORK) - central unit

My husband and I bought a new central unit from sears a couple of months ago. We told the sales rep that came out to our house that we are fixing to add on two rooms to our house and how do we get someone to add the ductwork when the time comes. He told us to call him when the time came and he would come out and write out another contract and people would come out and put it in. We have been calling for almost 3 weeks and we have been unable to reach him we have talked to his supervisor and he doesn't understand what is going on. The sales rep keeps promising to come out and then never shows up. Our project is at a standstill because of this. The contractor can't go anyfurther until the ductwork is in because we have to get inspected before anymore is done. We can't get inspected until the ductwork is in. We are never going to use sears for anything again nor or we going to buy anything from sears. This has held up our project. We are VERY DISAPOINTED in sears.
