Central AC not working for a long time

I was a loyal Sears customer for 30 years. Purchased everything from Sears as trusted their service. My central AC under maintenance contract is having major problems. Have had over 5 service calls this year; three in the last four weeks, and it is still not fixed. I am without AC for 3 weeks and we are having 100 degree days. I have asked my children not to visit us unless they want to be roasted in the heat. Sears has replaced many parts and says that one of the part is on back order after earlier saying it was shipped! No estimate of when the part will arrive and the AC will be fixed and. I am not sure the technicians are knowledgeable. Called Sears headquarters and was transferred to Executive offices who classified my case as blue ribbon and promised to call back. I also offered to buy the part myself locally and Sears said they cannot do this. Sears has not called back even after leaving numerous messages. I have lost all confidence in Sears' customer service and will never ever step inside a Sears store. Sears, listen to your customers and please take care of them.
