Computer - Aspire ONE Netbook AOA 150

We received an ACER notebook for Christmas, it didn't work from the start. It's been sent in twice since then to try and get it working. Today (2/24) we finally got it back from the repair center. Problem is... It's not our computer. It is full of some other family's photo's, names, address' and job applications. Tonight we learned that someone else has ours. Great... So much for privacy. When we turned this computer on, we came across all sorts of their private stuff as well as photo's of their children.
