Please note that on Dec. 12, I sent my computer that was under manufacturer warranty for repair to center in Temple Texas. I informed your agent that my computer system was not working properly. Specifically, I noted that my computer sercurity system was not working, I had had problem printing doicuments using the computer, that my key board pad needed to be replaced, as the number and letter were falling off, and that I needed my dvd / cd driver replaced. Your represented noted upon your receipt of my computer that I needed to pay $199. I refused to pay stating that my sytem was under warranty; that your company can repair all qualified warranty issues, and that I would order the cd / dvd drive and have it installed for a much cheaper fee. Your agency returned my computer without making any repairs.in addition, upon return to me several of my screws were missing from my computer, which I am returning my computer again to your company to repair, as well as follow up with legal action if necessary. It appears as your repair center is running a scam to bilk customers out of an additional $199. Acer Aspire 4331
