Told me on 1/25/10 they had sold my Wyndham timeshare, sent names of buyers, last told me on 4/22/10 title work was done and they would call back. Didn't hear and tried to call back, number no longe

Miscellaneous

I received a call from them on January 25, spoke with a woman named Noel Hillen at 877-216-2672 (no longer a working number) who also gave me her direct number (407-545-7420, now a disconnected number). She told me they had a couple sitting there at their Orlando Office who wanted to buy my timeshare, went through a long process with me verifying my points, etc. And told me they need $2,000 to cover title work and that amount would be deducted from closing costs and that I would be receiving a total of $33,600 for my points when the paperwork was completed — a process they said could take up to 90 days. I signed their contract on 2/2/10 which included an authorization for them to take $2,000 from my Chase VISA. That money came out immediately according to my statement in February. Since then, the people I have spoken with (at my initiative — they have not once called me) and dates are: o 2/16/10 - Called Noel's numbers and was told they had a new number of 877-357-8846 and indicated they had moved locations but were still in the Orlando area. O 3/10/10 - I spoke with Eric (a supervisor he said) after being informed by RCI that this was not an official company and a potential scammer and demanded my money back. I was told that the sale was legitimate and that Jose Perez would email me the names of the buyers, Steven B. And Sarah A. Johnson of Pennsylvania who made a deposit of $7,392 in late January. O 3/11/10 - Jose Perez called me to get my email address and did email me their form showing the above buyer information. The form was not dated or signed but he explained they are not allowed to send out the actual signed document but that it was signed on January 25 as Noel had originally informed me. O 3/24/10 - I called and spoke again with Eric and was told that it might still be another 60-90 business days but to keep calling to check the status. O 4/5/10 - I spoke with a man named David who said the title search was done, they were waiting for the Estoppal letter from the Wyndham resort, and that they should have everything in a week but to call back. O 4/21/10 - I spoke with Jose Perez who said they were waiting for the quit claim deed and Estoppal letter from Wyndham, the title search was done, and then on further looking, said they were waiting for the Court House to notify them as they now have the title search. He promised to call them and call me back in 30 minutes. I never heard back and began calling their number again, but as explained below, it rings constantly busy now.in researching them online to get an address (all my paperwork says is Orlando, FL 32801 with no street address), I also could not find a street address and it only gives the phone number I originally had which is no longer working. When I called back on February 16, they did at that time say they had a new phone number (877-357-8846) and I have been reaching them at that number up until 4/22/10. Since then, that number rings constantly busy and still does as of this writing. I also did a Google search on RCI Financial Management which revealed the following — apparently they are now in several lawsuits over similar cases to mine (see below). Thanks so much, Bobby, for any help you can give! They need to fulfill their verbal promises and get this sale finalized, if in fact, it is real and not a scam. Because their phone no longer works and the office location does not exist, I have disputed the $2,000 charge with my Chase VISA as of 4/23/10. The Orlando Police Dept. Is now involved due to all the complaints and pending lawsuits against this company. If they have skipped town, the police will find them I have been assured by Detective Robert Anzeuto. At a minimum, I want my $2,000 back.
