Stole me memory when system sent for repairs

Internet & Web

I sent my entire computer back to them for repairs after a motherboard replacement did not fix the problem. It cost me over $100 to send the machine back. They received the computer 12-18-07 and told me they had started working on it 12-21-07.
On 12-27-07 they emailed to say the memory was missing. They claim I must have removed the memory before sending it in. I told them the memory was in the system as I sent the entire machine back to them. They said if their people say the memory is missing then it was missing when they received it. They offered to let me purchase more memory from them at full price in order to get my computer running again.
