I have a stress fracture on the tailgate of my mercury mountaineer. Ford mercury said it is my problem not theirs. Fixing the problem will come out of my pocket, even though the mechanic said it is very common. Also the dealer messed up my paper work, and i am responsible for additional fees, of the final payment.
