Sloppy Workers

My husband and I recently had our driveway raised. Even though they did a fairly good job, the only thing we will remember is the mess they left behind. The "slurry" that they use to raise the concrete was left behind on our grass. It wasn't until I told them that I had taken pictures did I get their attention. No one called to apologize for this and the person that I dealt with initially would not call me back (who happens, it turns out, to be the President of the company). This company is accredited with the BBB and I can't understand why. Once they take your money, that's it - no more customer service. I am waiting until they come back, if they come back to clean up the mess, before I register a complaint with the BBB. I just want this out there!
