Patio Masters Sloppy work, ripped us off by 4 feet of driveway, won't return phone call or emails

We were originally contracted for a driveway extension measurements to were to be 28 x 9 x17. When they finished the work the driveway was not level to the ground (2-3 inches above the ground/grass) his explanation for that was because it would cost too much more for the concrete to make it level to the grass. It looks as if an amateur did it.
Called several times, sent emails and not replies. I just want to get what i was contracted for. We do not have enough money to get it done correctly. I really wish I did not go through with the project. They seemed eager and now I know why, because their work is sloppy and they are crooks!
