The Grass Cuttery Sloppy work, no idea how to do concrete work

Had Mitch Shumaker do concrete work in my barn. I have puddles and standing water. Very sloppy workmanship. Said he had done big jobs before. Then found out my job was biggest he had ever done. Did not supervise his workers, left them to do the job. He has numerous judgments against him for not doing other jobs properly. He does not come through on what he says he can and will do. Run as far as you can from this man and his companies.
