Driveway Concrete Work that Turned Into Rocks & Sand

ProFection Inc General Contracting with Joseph Fragomeni, as owner and lead Project Manager, re-did our driveway about two years ago. He told us—although the concrete looked patchy, that it would eventually dry evenly.in the Summer, after the work, the concrete remained with a patch work of shades—mostly of a greyous tone and with splashes of grey onto the sidewalk. We contacted Mr. Fragomeni about the uneven tone. He himself described the job as a mess and disgrace and said that the same problem happened to another job he worked on. He blamed the concrete and the company that sold it to him. He said he would be willing to re-do the concrete, but, we would have to pay for any supplies. We were willing to do this just to have the job done right and have the concrete look proper and to be able to weather the elements of the seasons. After three or four promises, Mr. Fragomeni nor any representatives from his company ever showed up to do the correction work. After this year's winter, our driveway concrete started chipping and then turned into chunks of black rock and sand. So much sand that we needed to remove it from the front and everyday our driveway falls apart as the cars ride up and down. And, the rocks must continuously be slept away. The driveway is actually falling apart daily before our eyes. Mr. Fragomeni never did the right thing by us as homeowners because he never came back to fix the problem even when we told him we will report this matter on usacomplaints.com.
