Gas bill to high

From nov -dec bill was $132.78 and dec-jan $455.90then i made a complaint, and the said not to pay anything until the 30 days unitl they look into it but the gas companty said that the bill was right because it cost about that much last year, but then i get the bill for jan-feb and it is $293.53 now maybe i'm a little crazy but we had a lot more colder days in jan-feb because we was snow in 2x in jan-feb i know something is very wrong. Yes they are very crazy...
