Electric Bill

This house on Hilco Dr. Been vacant for two Years, and the electric bill was around $50-$60. A month, for 30-32 days of service, 09/16/10. I receive a bill for $107.23. I paid that bill and request to have the service at that address to be discontinue. I receive another bill for $106.55. For 30 days of service, I paid that bill. 10/18/10, This bill read, service from 09/10/10, to 09/16/10, Days of service, (6 days) for $106.55. The same for 30 days of service. No one at PWC will justify how this can be right. I just want to know is there any person who can see any logical in this mattre.$106.55 for 6 days of service) when 30 days is $106.55
