Unable to Cancel Unused Line and Told to Pay Monthly or $200

I can't cancel, I can't see a bill why, I can't talk to anyone, I can pay pay pay, that was my only options. No one would let me talk to anyone else, I wasn't getting crazy cause I know that sets them off. I just don't want to pay for a line that isn't being used, but they didn't care and they did not help at all. Pay this 15 a month for 8 months, or pay 200. CRAZY sorry for the caps but CRAZY right
