AT&T Wireless
Beware they just want your money!

Since the year started I never got a bill for at&t. I never worred about it because it always was a low amount. I always paid my bill over the phone. My bills were usually $100.00 to $200.00 a month.

Anyhow I called at&t to see if they had the right address. They did not have it so I gave them the right one. That was three months ago. Just last week I got a demand letter in the mail for over $800.00. I never recived a regular bill. I called at&t a once, they were rude and unhelpful.

I asked them to send all bills from year to date. They said that it would be $5.00 for each bill. Why, when I have never recived one in the first place. I finally went on-line and looked at the bill, It said that I went over 1300 min. I was pissed, come to find out it was mostly incoming calls from a number that they can't tell me, but it was from another customer of at&t.

Now how crazy is it for a at&t customer to call another customer free of charge and the other at&t customer be billed. CRAZY! AT&T ARE RIP OFFS!

They send you service messages about new plans all the time, why is it that they can't send you a message that you are going way over your min? Since then I have changed my plan and have asked at&t for incoming phone numbers. They say they can't give me the numbers but I can call the FCC to get them.
Still looking into the matter.

Bewareat&t just wants money not looking to keep customers!
