Bad Actions

I walked in with my family to go eat out. As i stand in line I see that the person in charge (Carolina) in standing by the drive-thru window using her cell phone and texting. She ignores while she is texting. When she finally decides to take our order, she start yelling at the cooks in the back to hurry up with a bad language. As we are waiting for our food, I see that she drops a piece of chicken on the floor and then she picks it up with the same tongs that she is using for the chicken. The the biscuits that she takes out of the oven are still not fully cooked even though she checked them. I have talk to the manager about this incidents but i see no action taken.
