DQ drive thru complaint

On May 7 at 9:22 P.M. My family and myself went through the drive thru at the Dairy Queen in Stanford, Kentucky as we have done many times before. However, I have never been to a fast food or sit-down resturant, whether it be a chain or locally owned and been charged to recieve any type of sauces for a six piece chicken basket AND a four piece chicken basket BOTH on the same order! I was very upset and mad at the poor decision to not include this price with the charge of the basket. You can go to McDonalds and get a 20 piece chicken nugget for 4.99 and recieve as many sauce packets as you'd like.

My family nor will I return back. I would rather buy a whole bottle of sauce somewhere then spend 35 cents on a packet that should have came with my food order in the first place. I suggest you change your policy otherwise many more customers may change their opinion about this food chain and take their business else where, I know I will.
