Listed charge was supposed to be $19.95 - charged $29.98 to credit card

I was trying to get help in obtaining a copy of my Social Security Card - this service offered help with the Government Forms and help in getting my duplicate card in a timely fashion. The "Convenience FEE" was listed as $19.99 and you could not get started without signing up for it with a credit card. After doing so - I was directed to a form that I could have downloaded for free from a government web site. There was no help with a speedy turnaround - all they did was copy the directions for filling out the application directly from the government's socialsecurity.org website. Oh yes - and they charged my credit card $29.98 within 5 minutes! There is a small disclaimer at the bottom of the website that "once the application center has been accessed - no refunds will be issued"
