Rip off Millitary Familys

I mailed a small package to my daughter serving in the United States Army in Iraq. The package cost me 21.00 to mail, I thought it was so high because of how far the package was going. Well, the package was returned to me stating it didn't have a custom form filled out for the package. I had no idea what this was and that it needed one. I was looking at the package and notice the postage sticker said 9.55, Now remember I paid 21.00. I took the package back to the Post Net place asked them about the custom form.
The "boss" as he referred to himself stated that he forgot about the custom form, and he was sorry. I asked him why I paid 21.00 for this package, he said that was their fee. Now mind you that is a 100% profit. A profit made off of a package mailed to a Army solider fighting for our freedom. All the boss had to say about that is he needs to keep his lights on!
