Mural Never Received, has been over 4 months

On February 3, I payed for a Peter Pan mural via google checkout. At that time I was told that it would take approximatly 3 weeks for my mural to be completed. On March 13 I recieved an e-mail stating that the package was going to be shipped via USPS. I waited until May 5 to contact her again about the package because sometimes mail is slow with APO addresses. On May 7th she wrote back stating that she forgot to fill out two custom forms. When you click on the tracking number of the orginal package it never states that the package was picked up or scanned. I have tried to contact Lina mulitple times over the next couple of weeks. (May 20,25, June 5, and 9) I did not receive a response until June 10th. At this time she told me she ordered the custom forms and have been waiting for them to arrive. I wrote her back again two more times. (June 11 and June 21) I then tried again on the 22nd of June and it indicates that her e-mail is full. To date I have not received word that the second package has been sent, the first package has never been received and I have not received an answer on when it will be sent out.
