I received a gift from Ballard Designs. I tried to exchange part of the gift for something else. Apparently, they are not able to issue store credit for a gift, they can only refund the card. The only way I could exchange the gift for something else was to complete the return card that came with my gift. I filled out the form and Ballard Designs input my order incorrectly and it has been a absolute nightmare to get it corrected. I have made countless calls to their customer service department and no one seems to know what is going on with my order. I have been promised calls back as well as updates but have never received anything. The last time I called I was told I should have my order within about 10 days, it has been much longer and I have not received it. When I went to their website to check the status of my order, it was unable to be found. I don't even think my correct order has been processed, even though I was told it was. I sent an email to inquire about the status of my order and to express my frustration again and was told I should be contacted within 2 days or I could call with questions. I will not call anymore. Each time I called, no one ever apologized that they had messed up my order. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I'll think twice before I order from this company again.
