Add incompetence to the Worst Customer Service you Can Imagine

I ordered bedroom furniture from Ballard Designs - The high profile Casa Florentina l Collection.
Real Special turned out to be real trouble, and eventually became absurd! A waste of, time and energy, and a BIG STRESS. After delivering part of the order to the wrong address, and being unable to get it right despite multiple phone calls and efforts by the consumer, the order was cancelled. I got an email telling me that they were SO VERY sorry for the trouble, and that a credit would be applied to my account within 2 business days. No credit was ever applied to my account, but after all the time, effort, inconvenience and stress I experienced, I was billed for the full furniture order, $3325.02, THE FURNIURE was never delivered. It had been cancelled. That is right - the furniture that was cancelled and never delivered was billed in full - no credit.
BALLARD DESIGNS IS A BIG JOKE AND I WOULDN'T order from them again under any circumstances - Even if the furniture was free! This company is a JOKE. Stay away. Whatever they have you can buy someplace else
