Ray Chevy has very poor customer service and has done nothing but lie to me. I purchased a car from them two years ago with a co-signer. They stated after six months I could come back and they would refinance me withot a co-signer. I came back 6 months later and they stated they could do nothing. I then cam back again after a full year of making on time payments and they still did nothing for me. My last attempt was two months ago, they wanted at least $5,000 dollars down from me to do any deal. They also lied in the beginning and told me the car was never in an accident. Upon my last visit, we were told about a Carfax report of my car being in an accident before I purchased it from them. They lied numerous times and do not care about customer loyalty. I am totally flipped upside down on this car now that they promised me would be changed within the first six months of purchase. Two years later, same car, same dishonesty, and lack of customer loyalty. Do not purchase a car from them.
