I recently upgraded hopefully to win7 an 8 hr. Problem in order to upload my purchase receipt it was necessary to go to the below web site

Arriving there the upload failed as only small receipts upload
not to worry I could print a pdf file which adode reader 9 could not read.
These guy are not ready for prime time hp should do better.
