It has been 30 days since my first email to ASUS. They tried to solve my problem at the beginning, but they do not even answer my emails now, and I still have the same problem. I paid for a annual 500giga cloud storage and since I upgrade my account the Smart Sync function of my ASUS router RT-N66 do not work. Every file it attempts to upload to the server gives me a error message: file is too large. The maximum file size to upload is 2giga, and all the files I am trying to upload are much smaller than this. Before the upgrade, it was working without any problems.
