Cheated sold a deffective auto mobile

I bought a used Honda Element truck from Jim coleman Honda. As I was test driving the truck just stopped so the sales and check engine light came on. The saleman said we will fix ths problem tommorow. The next day after sighning the papers I was driving the vehicle home I heard loud noises comming from the vehicle tires and scratching sounds from the brakes. Before that they had showed me a phoney invoice of almost $2000 worth of work done on the vehicle. They also charged me $1600 as reconditioning charges. The next day I took the veicle to a friend of mine he told me his tires and brakes are bad. I took it back the next day and fixed the brakes but refuse to change the tires as they had passed the inspection. They also ripped me off by charging almost $5000 more than the blue book value. I tried to call them they do not answer my calls. I called bbb but nothing happen I am stuck with this truck. When I drive loud noises comes from the wheels. I spent $13000 on this 2003 model truck simply by trusting them. Jim coleman Honda is ripp off and extremely dishonest dealer ship. I warn innocent people do not go there.
