Returned Range Glass Part Not Refunded, Only Shipping Credited

I purchased a range glass from searspartsdirect and order the wrong color, so I reordered the part and was informed that my account would be credited for the full amount of the wrong part. I was only credited the shipping charge of 13.99. I was charged an over draft fee from the bank because of this matter. I can't get anyone on the phone to explain to me where my money went. I also sent the other part back and also charged for the new part. Could someone please give me back my money you got your part. I will not be ordering anything else because of this problem. They were so pleasant and sorry for the problem. I asked twice while I was on the phone "Is this money going to credited to my account now" I was told yes but there was no money added except 13.99 even after they received the part back. What am I to do?
