Nothing but deception

Made arrangements to puchase a vehicle at this dealership, was assured vehicle in delivery condition, I arrived to find it filthy, with paint and other debribe both inside and out. I was told by the salesperson that the cleaning is done after the vehicle is test driven. I test drove it and of course loved the vehicle, however the condition was nothing that was a quick detail fixable. Two days later I arrived to pick up the vehicle, it was still not how it should have been, I was assured that it would be remedied by the time I was done with paperwork. I was also told I would be driving off with my plates, when completing my paterwork I was assessed a $20 fee for the temporary tags I was required to use to leave dealership and was assured that CARMAX would register my vehicle. When I arrived to get the VIN check done, I had not been given the copy of the title necessary for the check and it had to be faxed to me. All that paperwork was then mailed to the dealership and they forwarded it to Interstate Title Solutions, who does the title transfers for CARMAX. I received a letter from ITS 4 business days before the temporary plates expired and it instructed me that I still needed to do the VIN check that was required. I called the phone number listed and spoke to the woman who addressed the letter and she said she never received the VIN check certificate. She then called CARMAX and amazingly CARMAX was still in possession of that paperwork. I have also since been told that CARMAX can not, will not be registering my vehicle for me and that I must take a day off of work in the next three days at short notice to register my vehicle in RI. I am furious and would never do business with or recomment CARMAX on any level to any one. They are nothing but liars and cheats.
