Amry families of 7 ripped off at christmas time

I ordered a mac for my 17 year old for christmas, it took a while to get it and when we did it was not wiped clean still had someone else picture on it and only worked for about one hour. Sent it back and had to pay for that too.

I had an e-mail on the 20th of nov. 2009 saying my account was credited, not that they gave me a store credit. Check my statements to see and no money was put on my card. Called and when I gave my e-mail address, my store credit came in while I was on the phone with her. That's fishy. Mind you this is over 2 months later. On jan 26th. I told her because they took so long to get me the credit I would just like my money back and if the could not do it I would get in touch with my credit company. She said if I did they would send me to a collection agency and then hung up on me, called back and they hung up again.

I open my e-mail address and found that while I was on the phone with them, they sent me this e-mail. Now this e-mail is a lie because I did not have time to call my credit card company. Collections Notice?
