Doxy recently ripped me off, too. I ordered Oct. 5 and still haven't received my item either. It was an in-stock item and I got priority mail to ensure I got my costume on time. There was and option on the order form "date need by" so I put Oct. 19,06. Is that unresonable? I've sent Christmas gifts 2 weeks before Christmas, they've always been delivered early...

I was really upset that I had been ripped off, just today I filed a BBB report in their "so-called" base of operation in Missouri. I also decided to e-mail them and let them know what I was doing. Since this e-mail, the only response I gotten was a auto-response, but behold! Someone responded saying I was making threats and they would keep records for the authorities.

I'm sorry, but I watch Dr. Phil, and I saw the Dr. Phil Scam Bust just last week. Those people were bullied into sending money. This so-called customer support representitive then e-mailed me saying they could resolve this if I would send them my credit card# in an e-mail... Fishy, fishy...

As I angrily corresponded with this... Person, they just pushed back, telling me I would not only be responsilbe for the amount of the costume, but the chargeback fee of $50 that my credit card company would bill them, they would turn right back around and bill me!!! I was mad! I got my dad involved and he found this web site and another saying how horrible Doxy Lingerie is and not to do business with them, ANY time of year!!
