For. 25 cents, where there was no attend at the time I had to pass during my training from IBM, they had been harrasing for 1 year. This is how - 1. They send me a mail to pay for 1.41 cents for. 25 cents that I could not pay. 2. They called me at work and then I paid 1.41 using credit card. 3. Few weeks later they sent me another mail stating we need proff of good standing with NJ EZ-PASS so they are satified. 4. I sent them 1 month old EZ-PASS statement, showing that I never had any due and my account is autometically credited. 5. Then they sent me stating that is not enough you need to send current statement. I sent then the most current statement from NJ-EZpass web site. 6. They did not like it and reported to collection agency.

7. Agency called and I explained them. They said to talk to IL-iPass authority.

8. I called them they said you need to send NJ EZ-Pass letter stating when I started my account.

9. Then I collected that letter from NJ EZ-PAss authority and sent them.

10. Then One lady called to collect 20.00 so they can drop the charge. I said yes I will but you need to send me an email or mail first stating that you will really drop the charge.

11. She said she will not send anything, I just pay over phone.

12. I said you then be doing the same thing which you did a year back, asking for 1.41 and now 20.00. Where is the gurantee that you will not ask for more again.

14. Now they asked the collection agency to send me notice again.

15. They actually stopped, only when I came to know that 3 bureau was notified, collection agency told me to contact the.

16. One gentleman told me to send me EZ-PASS mail and so I guess the person has no authority and then IL I-PASS authority just kept that man to say something since they know they will harases anyway.
