My Retriever Payment Systems salesman lied through his teeth and then the company claims to have no responsibility. He promised the world in rates, lease terms, and then any similarity between what is delivered is purely coincidental.

Retriever transfers leases to other companies with no warning and/or no contact information for the company they transfer the lease to.in this situation it was Lease Financial Group, 132 W. 31st Street NYC, NY 100001

All verbal promises made by the salesman are worth nothing:

Rates provided last a very short time and then are escalated.

"Rent to own" lease turn out to have many strings attached. End of lease notification never showed up as promised. Cost me $800 before I discovered that the lease term had expired several months before and the leasing company continued charging my bank account.

Promised service never materialized.
