Lease Fiance Group is huge ripoff!

My troubles started in the fall of 2011 when a representative from Retriever Processing company assured my I would be saving "hundreds" of dollars each month on processing fees if I switched to their company. He told me I would be leasing the credit card terminal but also repeatedly stated that I could terminate at any time without penalty. I used Retriever for less than a month and when I got the first bill I discovered that I save less than $50.00. I then contacted them to tell them I would be terminating my service. It was only then that I discovered the rep from Retriever, Mike Lupima had me sign a non-cancelable lease with Lease Finance Group. I had no idea I was dealing with two companies and he deceptively had me sign the lease with out me seeing it was non-cancelable. I used the machine for less than a month and paid two months rent of $49.99. After many calls from Retriever and Lease Finance Group no one will admit wrong doing and they insist I pay the full term of the contract. I have filed a complaint with the BBB in three states, and contacted an attorney. After reading all of the reports on usacomplaints.com I thought I should also file a report. Something needs to be done to stop this. Can't there be a class action law suit started??
