Is a deceptive company!

I had a salesman stop in our office who claimed to represent a company called RETRIEVER. He offered us great rates for their merchant services. He told us the credit processing machine/check approval terminal would be $55.95/mo. And we would own it at the end of 4 years. He told us if at any time we were not happy with their services, we could cancel anytime. He also told us he would stop by every week to make sure everything was working well and we were happy with their services. As soon as he set-up the terminal, we never saw him again.

We knew something was wrong and called him right away to come and remove the equipment, but he never returned. We sent a certified letter right away to RETRIEVER to cancel their services. We didn't know the terminal was leased through a different company, LEASE FINANCE GROUP LLC. I called them to cancel their services and was told we had a non-cancellable lease with them. NO WAY!!! NEVER did we knowingly sign anything that we couldn't cancel. The salesman was obviously a scam artist and hid the page they have that we signed so that we didn't know we were signing it.

We've closed our bank account so they can't electronically withdraw anymore fees, but now they harass us continually on the phone and through letters. We've contacted our Attorney General's Office and the BBB. We've also contacted our local television Consumer Affairs Advocate on ABC and steered them to the sites on the internet with all the complaints against LEASE FINANCE GROUP, LLC.

Hopefully, this company will be found to be the scam artists they are!
