I cancelled a order after not getting it and then they refunded the money told me it taken care of but now have sent a new out

I ordered a Ab Circle Pro and never got so I called and spoke to a lady who told me she would check the account and when she came back on I told her I didnt want it anymore and wanted to cancel the whole order and they also refunded the money that I put up for the 30 day free trail. I got a email and it said they sent out another one I called and talked to another girl and a supervisor and they told me they could rerout eit to the warehose but I still owe them 200.00 dollars aand it is even going to a address that I told them we were moving from and all that was noted on the account. They told me they dont care and it shouldnt of been done or anything cancelled or refunded do to policy but it was and now they want me to pay for their screw up.
