Ripoff this company debited 21.95 out of my account for something i didnt apply for and they were very rude and unproffessional when i called them

I applied for a payday loan and it didnt mention anything about roadside anything when i applied for the loan and they got my account information and debited $21.95 out of my account and caused an insufficient funds fee of $32.00.

The 2 different reps that i spoke with at this so called company were very rude their names were lisa and andrea. I asked them to let me speak to a supervisor and they both told me they were trained to handle supervisor calls and that supervisors didnt handle calls like mine. And they wouldnt tell me anything about there company.

I told them that i wanted my money refunded and she said no and that i shouldnt have applied for anything if i didnt want any money taken out of my account and that i should have cancelled it so it wouldnt be taken out of my account. And i told them that how was i to cancel something that i didnt apply for and she just continued to be rude and i could hear someone in the background saying just hang up on them. She kept saying oh my god and just being very unproffessional both of them were i need to know what to do to get my money back and get this business shut down
