Took money when car reported stolen

I dont know my policy number because my paperwork was in my car that was stolen on may 27. I called the office where i got my policy and the gentleman was not in so i told the lady who answered to please cancel my insurace my car has been stolen. I didnt hear back from him so the next week or so they took money off my debit card and i informed them i cancelled it. Well the lady told me i had to come sign something to cancel.#1 when i called the day after my car was stolen noone told me to come sign anything.#2 i explained that i couldnt get there because my CAR WAS STOLEN! And they took my money so NO I COULDNT GET A RIDE! Then i finally get ahold of the gentleman who did my policy and he told me to bring the police report and he would have them refund my money from the date my car was taken. My mother and i brought him the police report to him he made a copy in the office and told me he would handle it. Once again noone EVER said for me to sign anything and this was the MANAGER! A few days later i get another call from your main office i guess and she proceeds to tell me the same thing again i told her i took a police report down etc... And she put me on hold and came back on the line and said"oh he dosnt work there anymore" ok? THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM!!! I hung up and called myself and the same girl i spoke to to cancel in the first place said no' that he didnt work there anymore i told her the problem and she said she would call him and find out what he did with the police report! Havnt heard a thing since?!! I am prepaired to take this to court if i have to i have wittnesses and i want my money refunded just like you took it from me for no reason. Thank you.
