Terrible Customer Service

I rented equipment from this company. When it did not work, I brought the equipment back and they accused me of not working the machine properly. After an argument, they gave me another part to the equipment but would not extend the length of time I was given to return the item without further charge.

When I returned home, the new part worked fine and I was able to complete the job within the agreed upon rental time.

I returned the machine a few hours later and the same individual started fighting with me again and accused me of having anger management issues.

This company is not customer focused and you take your life in your hands when you walk through the door.
