Equipment Rental Not Returned&Credit Card Fraud

Keith Fitzgerald used a second parties credit card for equipment rental, which was unauthorized. The date of record is 07/06. He as of 9/29 has not returned this equipment. The second party has therefore incurred these charges.

Charges have been filed with the Garden City Police Dept. The equipment not returned is an aluminum bending rake for home improvement.
