Art's Rental took deposit checks for equipment totaling 6900 dollars and change. Company spent around 3600.00 and returned equipment via Art's delivery driver. We rented all equipment for 1 week total. Art's immediately deposited the "deposit only" checks. They never sent a bill. They collected almost double from what was owed.
Do not give them security deposits and expect them not to cash them.
